Q1:Can this product be connected to 120V electric ?
Answer:They two voltage for different product. The item noted 120V AC means you can connected with 120V electric, if it noted 10-24V AC/DC mean you need a low voltage landscape transformer can change 120V to 12V. DC or AC is fine.
 
Q2:Is it best to run these lights from a 12V DC source vs AC? Which one will last longer?
Answer:DC or AC is fine. The product designed compatible with both.
 
Q3:Does it matter which wire is positive and negative? If so, how do I tell them apart?
Answer:If you use a AC transformer, you don’t have to apart them. If you use a DC transformer  remember red wire is positive, black is negative.
 
Q4:Can you use two sets of six together on the same wire, and is there a limit to how long the wire can be and how far apart the fixtures must be?
Answer:Yes, you can. It’s limited only to the power of your transformer (eg 100 watts), b) how many other lights you have on that line (accumulate up to 100w across all fixtures), c) the length of your line (rule of thumb, # of feet equaling watts).
 
Q5:Can these be installed - on a deck surface - through a hole?
Answer:Sure as long as you have a way to run the wires. They are very bright and can be almost blinding so don't put them close to where people would be sitting.
 
Q6:Can you replace the bulbs?
Answer:Bulbs are non replaceable.
 
Q7:Can the light direction be adjusted?
Answer:I guess the direction could be adjusted based on which angle they're installed.

Q8:Will this support 15v connection from transformer? My transformer has both 12 and 15V taps, 15 is recommended for longer runs?
Answer:Yes, can be connected to 15V transformer. Our landscape lights work from 12-24V voltage.

Q9:Do your product have any certification?
Answer:Yes, most of our products passed CE , ROHS.

Q10:Be there any warranty?
Answer:Yes , We offer 3 years warranty for all of our products.

Q11:How long does it ship to my country and which delivery method are available?
Answer: Most of our products have enough stock in our US warehouse.It usually takes 3-5 business days ship to your city. We use UPS or FedEx to delivery our products. If not in stock in the US, we will ship from China in about a week.

Q12:How can I tack my package?
Answer: After we send the products,12-24 hours we will send tracking number to you or update the tracking number on our website ,then you can track your products on your local express website.

Q13:If product have problems,how should I do?
Answer: First of all ,all products will test 48 hours before ship to our customer ,if products have problems, please send picture and video to us ,then our engineer will find the problem asap,and we will send new ligth or spare parts in free if it's our quality problem.
