Shipping Costs
We offer FREE Ground shipping throughout the continental United States (lower 48 states); some product exclusions apply. Expedited shipping methods are also available at an additional cost, as are shipping options outside the continental United States. On these orders, we pass along our high-volume UPS discount to you.
Local Pickup
Orders placed Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm EST will be shipped from our East and West distribution centers within 24 hours.
Returns and Exchanges
If your order has items that are not as described on the website, are not in the same quantity, or are defective, Gardencoin will pay any shipping costs associated with the order. all shipping costs associated with items accurately delivered by Gardencoin are the responsibility of the customer.
